Most states allow for some type wage garnishment.  We have had success with this method and we actively pursue it when other collection attempts fail.

How this process works:

• First, the debtor is given an opportunity to pay the debt
• After repeated collection attempts, the case is referred to our legal team.
• We locate the debtor's employer, either by examining their credit report or by using our skip tracing databases.
• We file wage garnishment with the employer. They must comply with the order or they can be responsible for the debt themselves.
