We are a judgment collection agency. When we have a judgment we can do a  bank account seizure. At that time we will instruct the debtor's bank or credit union to freeze the account and then deduct the amount the debtor's owes.  We can wait until the debtor's makes a deposit and then send the seizure order to the bank without any advance notice to the debtor.

This method is highly effective against debtor's who refuse to come to an agreement voluntarily or ignore repeated attempts at contact.
