S&K Portfolios, Inc. is the division specializing in the recovery of money judgments.  You assign your rights as the judgment plaintiff to us.  We then act on your behave as the ASSIGNEE of record. We do not charge any application or up-front fees of any kind.  S&K Portfolios, Inc. advances all the costs and expenses incurred in the recovery of your judgment.  We pay the attorney and fees out of funds recovered.

We operate in full accord with the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Federal, State, and Local governments. We utilize all the legal remedies that are available in the recovery of money judgments. They include:

• Seize assets such as, motor vehicles, jewelry, stocks, business equipment
• Garnish wages and bank accounts
• Subpoena debtor to disclose asset information, including tax returns and bank records
